Hydrowalkers and Hydrobikes are new way to explore the water with more stability and effortlessly cruise even in choppy conditions. Hydrowalkers and Hydrobikes are an excellent option for groups or families looking to paddle together, or those that are concerned they can’t balance on a kayak or paddleboard.
Since Dove Watercraft is located next to Truxton Park this offers the perfect protected waterway that are ideal for beginner to explore on a beautiful day. Paddle (or I mean…bike) through waterfront homes, beautiful wildlife, expensive yachts, and the Naval Academy. Even travel up to the downtown Annapolis area for lunch or an ice cream break.
The park offers bathrooms and plenty of free parking. For those that are looking to launch their own SUP (because Truxton does not have a public launching option), Dove Watercraft charges a $7 launch fee, or rent one of thiers for $25. Additionally, rent one of the Hydrowalkers, Hydrobikes, or Hybrid 2 person paddleboard, or even sign up for a tour of the local waterway.
