Many Stand Up Paddlers are looking for that extra security on the SUP board that will make them feel more confident while paddling. A lot of that has to do with practice time on your board; but you can increase your strength and balance (and therefore your confidence) through some simple at-home exercise. Many of these you can do while watching TV or waiting for dinner to finish.
